Shipping & Delivery

 

Orders are processed and delivered within approximately 7–16 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier services, customs procedures, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Exchanges & Returns

 

We accept exchanges only for items with verified manufacturing defects.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

* Change of mind or personal preference.

* Incorrect size selection.

* Minor variations in colour, texture, or measurements.

* Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

 

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

 

Product Representation

 

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, and measurements are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, fabric characteristics, and the handcrafted nature of certain garments.

 

Made-to-Order & Altered Items

 

Any item that has been customised, altered, or produced according to customer specifications is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, delay, or delivery of our products.
